Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
Yes, on arrival we will require a $200.00 Security Bond as a pre authorisation on your credit card.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
It is usually possible to arrange a late check out with reception. Charges apply.
Q: What are the reception hours?
Monday - Sunday: 9.00am to 7.00pm
Q: Is there car parking available?
Parking is $30 per night for secure undercover parking. Parking must be pre booked. Please call reception on (07) 5538 1922. Car Park Vehicle Height Limit is 1.90m.
Q: Is all linen provided?
Yes, all linen and towels are provided. We also provide complimentary starter items such as milk, tea and coffee sachets, soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower cap and toilet paper. There are supermarkets nearby for additional items.
Q: How often are the rooms serviced?
We provide a complimentary service and linen change for guests staying 8 nights or longer. All our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments have full laundry facities with washing machine and clothes dryer.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check In 14:00 (2pm)
Check Out 10:00 (10am)
Early check-in and late check-out may be available. Please contact the reception team at our central Gold Coast accommodation to find out more.
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
Yes. When you arrive at our front doors, use the phone to contact our after hours service. They will let you into the foyer and open the safe for you to pick up keys to your apartment and the car park. There will also be information about Aloha and contact numbers if you need assistance.
Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?
After making the reservation 50% of the total amount will be charged on the Card provided and the remaining balance within 7 days of Check-in Date. Please note, all credit card transactions attract a 2% surcharge.
Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?
Yes, reception can help you with tickets for all our Gold Coast attractions and transfers.
Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?
Yes, we have FREE WiFi access in all apartments for our guests.
Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach
We are located in the hub of Surfers Paradise, just a 3 minute walk to Cavill Mall. Broadbeach is the next suburb south of Surfers Paradise - a quick ride on the light rail.
Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
Our great central location means we are close to over 500 restaurants and shops with dining and shopping opportunities to suit every tast and budget.
Q: Is there public transport nearby?
Yes, there is a light rail stop at the corner of Trickett St and Surfers Paradise Boulevard. The bus stop is just a short walk. Theme park transfers pick up across the street from Aloha.
Q: What local attractions are in the area?
There are many local attractions in Surfers Paradise. Dracula's Haunted House, Infinity, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Fun Time Adrenalin Park, Timezone Funtasia and many other attractions. Gold Coast's Theme parks are within easy distance by Uber, Taxi, Shuttle Bus, etc.
Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?
Woolworths and Coles are both in Surfers Paradise. There are also many convenience stores scattered throughout Surfers Paradise.
Q: How far away is the race track?
The Gold Coast Turf Club is 4.6 kilometers away. A free bus service to the track is available on race days.
